The management refused to give us the room as they said we have issues with makemy訂房網站. N they asked us to pay 150 extra which we refused. After a long argument with our little baby and tired whole day, coming from alain, we were able to get the room. The bed sheets were dirty, we had to get them changed

The hotel was really clean, the food was amazing as well as the staff. It is close to the bus stop and 20min walk from the metro station so no worries regarding transport. Overall good hotel in a decent location.

Food was not good, very low quality. Plus they didn't had variety. Location is okay considering the booking amount, and facilities too were okay. Plus the staff was good.
